In Shumen and the lands around it, unique monuments of culture are
preserved from ancient times to the present. Here are the first
Bulgarian capitals - Pliska and Veliki Preslav(Great Preslav), here
is Madara - the Bulgarian Troy, with the unique Madara horsemen. In
1979 it is declared as a monument with world significance and it is
placed under the eerie of UNESCO, here is the old Shumen Fortress,
here are numerous evidences of the role of the town of Shumen in 13
century history of the Bulgarian people.

A
one storey single family house situated on 95 km. by
Highway West away from the Varna seaside and International Airport,
near to Shumen town. Total living area 90 sq.m., there are on the

significance-Ticha, Kamchia and Tsonevo which is suitable for fishing
and swimming, many rivers, streams and waterfalls and all of them are
